RAFFLE RULES

Free tickets will be issued to all in line 30 minutes before open - 9:30 in Anchorage & Fairbanks, 8:30am in Wasilla. Winners will have the option to purchase the bottle or pass. Tickets will be drawn until a winner agrees to purchase.
